Located in Seabrook, Washington, overlooking the stunning pacific ocean, The Belfry at Seabrook is the ideal destination for weddings and events. The town of Seabrook, founded in 2004, has fondly become known as Washington’s Beach Town by locals and visitors alike. Inspired by Seaside, Florida, Seabrook incorporates new urbanism design. Homes, shops, and restaurants are now flawlessly woven into a beautiful bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The Belfry also offers alternative spaces for events, including on the bluff in the Pacific Glen neighborhood or under the large white tent at Crescent Park. Whether you’re thinking of an intimate ceremony by the Pacific Ocean or an indoor event with all your loved ones, you can find various ceremony spaces to bring your vision to life. Ceremonies can be held outdoors on the Pacific Glen bluff or inside the iconic Belfry at Seabrook. 

Seabrook fosters a growing town with growing wedding options. The Belfry team is happy to find you the ideal location for your ceremony at Seabrook. Their signature event space, The Belfry at Seabrook, spans just over 4,000 square feet, accommodating 100-120 guests depending on the configuration. The vibe of the event space is coastal meets modern farmhouse, setting the stage for cherished and unforgettable events. The venue brilliantly spreads over three floors, including a loft overlooking the main space. The lower level houses its professional kitchen and a smaller event space. The Belfry’s beautiful front lawn is perfect for hosting ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and taking fabulous wedding party photos.

Photography Opportunities

The Belfry at Seabrook houses many beautiful locations to capture timeless images, perfect for your wedding album or a beautiful photo of you and your new spouse to hang in your home. Both outdoors and indoors hold beautiful spots full of natural lighting. The inside of The Belfry has an abundance of coastal farmhouse scenes, where you could get the ultimate portrait image overlooking the main space from the loft. 

The outside of The Belfry has even more amazing spots, from in front of The Belfry, to the coast and the woodline. Images of you and your soon-to-be spouse on the path in front of the beautiful Belfry, strolling along the beach or splashing in the water, or walking through the whimsical woods would all be wonderful, timeless moments to capture! Wedding Details

All weddings at The Belfry at Seabrook include: 

  • choice of an indoor or outdoor ceremony and reception, 
  • ceremony and reception chairs, 
  • dining and cocktail tables, 
  • china, flatware, stemware, barware, 
  • use of a professional kitchen in the lower level of The Belfry at Seabrook, 
  • use of house sound system and lighting elements, 
  • table numbers, 
  • stands and votive candles, 
  • setup, breakdown, cleaning, and 
  • an on-site venue contact. 

The Belfry at Seabrook also requires a Day of Coordinator for weddings. They have many partners and event planners to recommend if you do not have one. Should you need any rentals, all rental fees are subject to a 10% service fee. Enhancements available to add to your wedding day package include: 

  • linens, 
  • draping and lighting options, 
  • wedding arch, 
  • room transitions, 
  • tenting, 
  • outdoor sound system, 
  • photo station backdrop, and 
  • faux flower wall.

Pricing for the venue varies by season and day of the week. The seasons include Peak season (June through September), Shoulder season (May, October), and Off Season (November through April). Saturdays are the most in-demand and higher priced, while weekdays (Monday-Friday) are a bit lower.

Contessa Catering For Seabrook Wedding Venue

The Belfry at Seabrook’s has an in-house wedding caterer, Contessa Catering, who offers an unmatched catering experience for your celebration. Contessa Catering can create a truly memorable dining experience for your wedding. Wedding catering is also created, prepared, and invoiced directly through Contessa Catering. Pre-approval from The Belfry at Seabrook management is required for those wishing to bring their own caterer. All caterers must be licensed and insured. Additionally, they will need to provide an additional security deposit. 


The Belfry at Seabrook can provide the perfect beverage service for your event. Your event’s consumption determines your beverage charge, with pricing varying depending upon selections. This Seabrook wedding venue typically prices wine per House bottle and per signature bottle. Spirits and domestic, imported, and local craft beer selections are also available. There are also non-alcoholic options such as soda, coffee, and juice. Bartender fees are per bartender, with a 4-hour minimum and a 25% service charge added to the final beverage bill.
