Seabrook is one of the most underrated towns on the Washington Coast, and it makes for an absolutely incredible place to host your upcoming wedding. Home to tons of vacation rentals and breathtaking coastal scenery, you’ll have no trouble finding a beautiful spot to get married—but one of my personal favorites is Seabrook. This venue, formerly known as Seabrook Town Hall, is a quintessential PNW wedding venue, and I can’t wait to dive in deeper to show you all it has to offer.
Get to Know Seabrook, WA
First, let’s get to know Seabrook a little better in case you’re unfamiliar with the area!
Where is Seabrook, WA?
The town of Seabrook, founded in 2004, has fondly become known as “Washington’s Beach Town” by locals and visitors alike. If you’re having a true destination wedding and are flying in from out of state, the closest major airport to Seabrook is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)—about 2.5-3 hours away. It’s also just 3 hours from Portland, so you could easily book a flight to PDX, explore Oregon a little bit, and then drive to Seabrook for your wedding if you wanted to! It’s pretty dang easy to get to Seabrook, no ferry or snowy mountain passes required.
And if you’d rather not drive, Seabrook Hospitality also offers shuttle services to and from the Seattle area, including Sea-Tac, making the trip easy and effortless for you/your guests! This shuttle costs $95 per person, one way, and is available daily. Alternatively, you can book a private shuttle for a group of up to 14 passengers, priced at $400 for a 4-hour rental.
Why get married in Seabrook?
Inspired by Seaside, Florida, Seabrook is the ideal destination for anybody who wants a romantic beachside wedding—without having to travel to a whole other state to do so. While it’s not quite the same vibe as a tropical beach covered in coconuts, the Washington Coast offers its own charm, with magical, moody ocean views and a tranquil atmosphere.
The cozy coastal atmosphere combined with the new urbanism design of Seabrook makes it a spectacular escape for anyone who visits, offering plenty of homes, shops, and restaurants set on a beautiful bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It has become an absolute storybook location for a destination wedding, feeling like a whole other world whether you’re coming from out of state or just a few hours away! Plus, it’s super easy to access from both Seattle and Portland, so you won’t have to worry about you or your guests traveling too far to get there.
Aside from its gorgeous views and spectacular wedding offerings, Seabrook is also a dream come true for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a variety of trails that make it easy to connect with nature. Enjoy hiking along the coast through lush vegetation and green grass; some trails even have beach access! Seabrook even has some great mountain biking trails if biking along the coast is more your vibe.
Best Seabrook Wedding Venue: The Belfry
You could truly walk to any part of Seabrook and find a gorgeous spot for wedding portraits, but as far as actual wedding venues go, you’ll want to head to The Belfry at Seabrook (previously known as Seabrook Town Hall). This oceanfront venue is the perfect place to turn your celebration into a magical affair, overlooking some of the best views of the Pacific Ocean you could ask for.
What ceremony & reception spaces are available at The Belfry at Seabrook?
The Belfry at Seabrook has quite a lot to offer to couples, with its idyllic beachside location and charming property full of different venue options. If you’re envisioning somewhere with a bright, airy, and contemporary aesthetic, the signature Town Hall will be perfect for you, with its neutral color palette, abundance of natural light, wooden floors, and vaulted ceilings.
Spanning over 4,000 square feet, this space can accommodate between 100-120 guests depending on the venue and configuration of your event—or slightly more if you opt for one of the outdoor venue options. If I had to describe the vibe of the indoor event space, I’d say it’s a coastal-meets-modern-farmhouse type of setting, spread out over three floors and including a cozy loft overlooking the main space. The lower level houses a professional kitchen and a smaller event space, while the beautiful front lawn is perfect for hosting ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and taking fabulous photos with all your favorite people!
Or maybe you’d rather tie the knot in a protected, outdoor space—head to the Pacific Glen Bluff, instead, where you’ll find a large white tent under which you can dance the night away. This location is gorgeous for cocktail hours, receptions, and outdoor ceremonies, with breathtaking ocean views and a spacious lawn to celebrate.
Whether you’re dreaming of an intimate ceremony overlooking the Pacific Ocean or an indoor event with all your loved ones, the various ceremony spaces in Seabrook make it easy to bring your vision to life. And if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed by all of your options, that’s okay! The Belfry team is super experienced and will be more than happy to help you find the ideal location for your ceremony at Seabrook.
What amenities are available at The Belfry?

Yes! The signature venue space, The Belfry (aka the Town Hall), is fully indoors, with space to also head outdoors if you’d like to.

The Belfry at Seabrook is filled to the brim with gorgeous locations for wedding photos, starting with the inside of the Belfry, where you’ll find an abundance of coastal farmhouse scenes, gorgeous architecture, and beautiful furnishings.
The outside of The Belfry is even more breathtaking, offering amazing spots right in front of the venue to the coast and the woodline nearby! I can just picture you and your soon-to-be-spouse walking along the path in front of the beautiful Belfry, strolling along the beach at sunset as you try to avoid the tides, or walking through the whimsical wooded areas. The town of Seabrook is also fun to explore, offering some beautiful spots for portraits, including arched buildings and cute rustic areas. The options are truly endless!
What vendors are available for Seabrook weddings and elopements?
The Belfry at Seabrook has an in-house wedding caterer, Contessa Catering, who offers an unmatched catering experience for your celebration. Contessa Catering can create a truly memorable dining experience for your wedding that will have all your guests craving more. Wedding catering is also created, prepared, and invoiced directly through Contessa Catering. You’re welcome to hire your own separate caterer as long as you get pre-approval from The Belfry management, and make sure that they’re licensed and insured.
The venue also provides beverage services for weddings, the cost of which will depend on how much you want to have available for your guests and what types of drink selections you choose. They typically price wine by the bottle, and also offer spirits as well as domestic, imported, and local craft beers. And don’t worry if you have any guests who’d rather avoid alcohol—there are plenty of non-alcoholic options including soda, coffee, and juice. You’ll have something there for everyone!
The Belfry at Seabrook Wedding Packages
Wondering how much it’ll cost you to tie the knot at The Belfry at Seabrook? Packages for the venue vary by season and day of the week, with peak season (June-September) being the most expensive and the off-season (November-April) being the cheapest. Shoulder seasons (May and October) are a great in-between if you’d rather save some money but not have to get married in the cold of winter. Keep in mind that no matter the season, Saturdays are the most in-demand and higher priced, while weekdays are often a bit lower and require less time in advance to book.
