Some days are the kind of days you fall asleep re-living, and you wake up the next day in disbelief that the day prior actually happened. Taylor and Ryan’s engagement shoot was one for the record books. I love when a couple is up for an adventure, so when Taylor suggested a trek up to Ross Lake Resort where she used to work during the summers, I couldn’t wait! The resort consists of a series of cabins that float on massive log booms in the surface of Ross Lake, high in the Cascade mountains. Even though it was still practically winter at that altitude, the forested slopes and snowcapped peaks were stunning! And just wait—I couldn’t narrow down the photos into just one post, so there’s another post coming!
