Rain pattered softly on the windows while Tom and Kellie prepared for their February wedding in side-by-side rooms at Belle Chapel, Snohomish. In a light-filled dressing room, Kellie donned her fitted lace gown and gorgeous detailed veil, her hair styled in a soft half-up with romantic curls spilling over her shoulders. Next door, Tom was joined by his father and brother as they buttoned up vests, donned jackets, and fixed ties and cufflinks. While the men made a dashing ensemble, their playful banter belied any apparent seriousness lent by their apparel!
The chapel awaited quietly, it’s elegant center arch and glossy wood pews ready to be filled with the bustle of guests and family. Kellie used touches of soft pink, grey, and gold in her color palette to accent the chapel’s neutral color scheme and subtle architecture. As dusk fell over Snohomish, glowing candles created the perfect intimate ambience for Kellie and Tom’s evening wedding! I love when couples use light as part of their decor, and the beautiful glass hurricanes lining the aisle added so much romance to their sweet, heartfelt ceremony.
I loved being part of Tom and Kellie’s wedding day—couples who are relaxed and so obviously in love are a pure joy to photograph! It was such an honor to witness the bride and groom’s family and friends gather around them to celebrate their marriage in the candlelit Belle Chapel. If you’re looking for someone to come along with you on this crazy ride called engagement and photograph your beautiful, priceless wedding moments I’m your girl! I have a few dates open for 2016 and I’m accepting bookings for 2017—drop me a note soon!

Such a cute church wedding! The bride and groom are gorgeous and I love all the details! The soft pink, grey, and gold were a good choice! I have to say the exit is one of my favorites, very cute little pom poms they gave their guest.
