Hey there! Welcome to my blog—Make yourself comfy and look around! As an Olympic Peninsula, Olympic National Park, San Juan Islands, Seattle, Whidbey Island, and destination wedding photographer, I want to be a resource for you as you put together your own wedding day. Browse around, have a look, and let me know your questions! I'm so happy you're here, and I hope you want to get in touch so we can chat about your wedding day.
This Olympic National Park engagement session in late spring was an enchanted forest romance! May is one of the most beautiful months of year in the Pacific Northwest, (although I would argue that every time of year is a beautiful time for an engagement session in the PNW!). Shamber and Brian were such a fun couple to photograph. I loved capturing their relationship in a natural and candid way. The soft, overcast day helped make these images full of light, but so did the couples’ personalities! They’re getting married in September—another beautiful month in the Northwest—in Port Townsend and I can’t wait to photograph their autumn wedding!
Olympic National Park is a gorgeous spot for photography. Okay, well hundreds of gorgeous spots, all in one scenic region. There’s really no end to the variety available on the Olympic Peninsula—forests, fields, mountains, and beaches. We chose Barnes Point at Lake Crescent for the beautiful evergreen forests and hidden meadows full of soft light and drifts of late spring daisies. I feel so lucky to be an Olympic Peninsula engagement photographer who is able to photograph beautiful engagement sessions in the outdoors, with alder trees and wilderness lakes and beautiful light to complement the beautiful love!
